What does Trabasura mean?

Hey, I'm Shameed!

Trabasura is a portmanteau of two Spanish words: Trabajo (job) and Basura (trash). In that sense, Trabasura is a kind of junk drawer for my indie games.

I really like working on unique mechanics and mixing genres with my games. Sometimes the ideas don't work but I love being experimental and some of my favorite projects are highlighted on this page.

Go head-to-head in a game like soccer, but filled with colorful monsters!

Note Brawl is a fighting-soccer game that I made to challenge myself to finally release something on steam.

This was heavily inspired by some party games that I've played with my cousins as a kid, so I'd highly recommend trying it if you want a kick of nostalgia!

Viruses, Robots, and Blood (oh my!)

Virulence was my entry for Wowie Jam 4.0.

In this dark fps tower defense game, you are tasked with researching a virus during a challenging pandemic.

The mood in this game is something that I want to work with more in my future projects and I'm currently working to release a full version of it.

Yo, Listen! was my entry for Ludum Dare 51!

In this frantic puzzle game, you play as a young adventurer trying to escape the wrath of an angry fairy!

This game was different for me because I spent a lot more time working on the environment and storytelling than usual.

You can complete it fairly quickly, so I hope you give it a try!
